Tasman Helicopters 2015 Limited is the corporate vehicle for the Tasman Helicopters business based at Nelson Airport. Originally founded in 2015 by Ross and Logan Moore, it was acquired by GCH Aviation in 2020 and now operates as part of GCH's tourism portfolio alongside its rescue-helicopter base in Nelson.
The fleet is built around 2x Airbus AS350s and an EC130 and the operation covers Nelson, Tasman and Marlborough — including Abel Tasman lodge transfers, Marlborough Sounds drop-offs, fishing pick-ups, scenic flights, heli-ski and heli-mountainbike support. The DOC concession across Buller, Golden Bay, Motueka and Nelson Lakes matches that operating footprint.
