Enfield Holding Limited T/as Mainland Air

Mainland Air was established in 1991 and operates from Dunedin in the South Island. Over three decades it has built a fleet of single- and twin-engine fixed-wing aircraft and trained large numbers of pilots through its flight school.

The business runs along two tracks: flight training from Private Pilot Licence up to NZ Diploma in Aviation, Commercial Pilot, Instructor and Instrument ratings, and scenic charter flights across the South Island. Charter destinations include Milford Sound, Mount Cook, Queenstown and Stewart Island, with a focus on alpine and fiordland scenery.
