The block is bush-covered ground in the western Bay of Plenty hill country. Slopes lean north-west on the dominant aspect, with a fair share of north and south-east giving a mix of warm and shaded faces to work.
Game on the permit includes red deer, wild goat and wild pig. Pigs and goats are the most realistic species on this size and elevation of block.
