New Zealand Hunting

Geraldine

New Zealand Hunting is the Wilson family's operation based in Geraldine and Pleasant Point in the South Canterbury / Mackenzie country of the central South Island, accessing both private land and public conservation land for spot-and-stalk hunting on foot and by vehicle.

The species lineup is red stag, fallow, tahr, chamois and wapiti, with helicopter access used specifically for tahr and chamois packages. Pricing is in USD with a clear ladder of standard red stag packages tiered by SCI class from 300 through 550, plus combination packages stacking red stag, fallow, tahr and chamois across seven-day windows. A free-range red stag and bull tahr 2x1 package opens the menu at US$9,500.

The outfit is set up for US hunters — US mailing address in San Antonio and US-dialled phone — and is positioned more for hunters wanting free-range stag and alpine combos than fenced estate trophies.
