Glendeer Trophy Hunting is a family-run outfitter based out of Timaru/Lake Tekapo, working high-country alpine terrain in the Mackenzie and South Canterbury. Species offered are red stag, bull tahr, chamois, fallow buck, elk and Arapawa ram.
Red stag hunts are graded by SCI class — Bronze (300), Silver (350) and Gold (360-700+) — each as a 5-day all-inclusive trip. Tahr is offered as a 2-day weekend/mid-week option or a 5-day trip, and there are combo packages up to a 7-day four-species hunt.
All packages bundle accommodation, meals, guiding and transfers. Pricing is not posted publicly; quotes are given on enquiry.
